1. About these terms
These terms apply when you book and pay for a succession planning session or package with Eamonn Walsh trading as The Financial Farmer ("we", "us") on this website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information.
2. Our services and prices
During booking, you tell us how the farm is owned or operated (sole trader / privately owned, or limited or unlimited company). The services and prices shown to you are based on this information. Service pricing is based on the information provided during booking. Where the ownership or business structure is materially different, the appropriate service or fee may apply.
Before you pay, the booking page shows the service you have chosen and its price.
3. Payment
Payment for the service you choose is taken through our booking process, using Stripe's secure payment form on our booking page. The amount charged is the price shown for the service you selected. Your card is first authorised for that amount, and the payment is only taken once your appointment has been confirmed. If your appointment cannot be confirmed, the authorisation is cancelled and you are not charged.
4. When your booking is confirmed
Your booking is confirmed once the booking and payment process on this website has completed successfully and your appointment has been confirmed. The booking page then shows that your booking is confirmed, and you receive an appointment confirmation by email. Starting a payment does not on its own secure an appointment: if the appointment cannot be confirmed, the booking is not completed and you are not charged.
5. Rescheduling
You can reschedule an appointment if you give us at least 24 hours' notice before it is due to start. To reschedule, contact us.
6. Missed appointments
If you do not attend a booked appointment, the session may be lost.
7. Refunds and your statutory rights
Payments are generally not refundable once your booking has been confirmed, except where the law requires a refund. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Complete Succession Planning Package
The Complete Succession Planning Package includes 3 one-to-one Succession Planning Sessions and 3 Detailed Post-Session Reports. You book the first session when you buy the package; the remaining sessions are arranged afterwards.
9. The nature of our service
The Financial Farmer provides succession-planning support, education and coordination. It does not provide legal, tax or regulated financial advice. Tax, legal and regulated financial advice should be obtained from the appropriate qualified professionals.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland.
